What is Spooky-Palooza?

Crossroads Church is partnering with local organizations to throw a Halloween party for Northern Colorado: Spooky-Palooza. Come show them you care and are here to serve and support our community. Be a sponsor (see below). Be creative. Host a booth. A Spooky-Palooza booth is your opportunity to personally engage hundreds of families and individuals. Wear attention-grabbing costumes. Make sure your organization’s logo and name are prominent on your booth. The most important part of your Spooky-Palooza presence is you— smiling, in costume or not, simple or dramatic decorations, eliciting smiles from those who walk up to receive candy or prizes from you. Amp up your partnership by putting your swag in the Spooky-Palooza swag bag. Sponsor a giveaway or have your logo included on the outside of the swag bag. You could be our Marquee Partner.

Schedule

1-2:30pm The Disability Inclusion Party 

A 90-minute block for families who will benefit from a less crowded, sensory considerate environment. 

3-5pm The Family Party 

The full-sensory family experience with trick or treating booths, bounce houses, crafts, games, music, etc. Included in this time are crafts, games and treats in a designated area for kindergarten and younger children.

Six Sponsorship Levels to Choose From

Community Sponsor | Free! | Unlimited Number

Show your love for northern Colorado by creating a booth in the Crossroads Auditorium. Be as creative as you like to let the community know you’re here. Community Sponsors will have a 10’ x 10’ trade show style (pipe and drape) area in the Crossroads Auditorium to create a display that highlights your organization and sends a message of care to the participating families here in Northern Colorado. Bring your own candy or small toys to give away as kids come by your booth. We are preparing for 30+ booths for the 400+ kids we’re hoping will come— so bring a LOT of candy. Crossroads will supplement your candy supply if you run out. A Teal Pumpkin (with non-food items) will be provided at every booth for those families who prefer this option. Your organization’s logo will be listed on our website and Facebook event as a community partner.

Candy Sponsor | $100 | Unlimited Number

You will receive everything that a Community Sponsor receives plus we will put your swag in the swag bag which the first 400 children will receive as they enter the facility. This is your opportunity to literally put your contact information into the hands of these children and families. Pens, magnets, t-shirts, flyers, coupons or any kind of gadget with your logo will make great swag. Your swag needs to be delivered to the Crossroads facility by Monday, October 23.

Door Prize Sponsor |$250 | 4 Available

You will receive everything that Community and Candy Sponsors receive plus your logo on the Door Prize booth banners located in the atrium of the facility. Your name will be announced from the stage several times during the Spooky-Palooza event.

Swag Bag Sponsor | $500 | 3 Available

You will receive everything that Community and Candy Sponsors receive plus we’ll print your logo on the Swag Bag given to the first 400 kids or families as they enter the experience. These will be quality reusable shopping bags that are used over and over which means that your logo will be SEEN over and over. Swag Bag partnerships are available through October 2.

Premier Sponsor | $1000 | 2 Available

You will receive everything that Community, Candy and Swag Sponsors receive plus your logo will be featured prominently on all banners, printed materials, swag bag (October 2 deadline for this) and web page. You have the option of a priority booth location in the auditorium (your choice) after the Marquee Sponsor. Your company or organization will be recognized from the stage several times during the event and will share a slide that will scroll on video screens throughout the facility.

Marquee Sponsor | $2000+ | 1 Available

You will receive everything that Community, Candy, Swag and Premier Sponsors receive plus your own slide that will scroll during the event. You will have first choice for your booth in the auditorium. You will be publicly recognized several times from the stage during the event. It will be difficult to attend this event and not know about you.
