Facility and Event Rental

Meeting Spaces (Per Day)

Auditorium with Stage (seats up to 680) – $1500 ($1200 non-profit)
Large Meeting Rooms with Stage (seats up to 120) – $400 ($300 non-profit)
Medium Meeting Room (up to 30 people) – $250 ($200 non-profit)
Small Meeting Room (up to 12 people) – $150 ($100 non-profit)
Atrium (for meals up to 64 people) – $150 ($100 non-profit)
Kitchen Access – $75 ($50 non-profit)

All meeting room rentals include setup and teardown.

Tech Labor (Video or Sound) – $25 per person per hour (staff tech person required for equipment use)

Rentals for Outside Event

Tables (Round or Rectangle) – $10 per table
Folding Chairs – $1.50 per chair

Delivery Fee – $25 (within 15 miles) – email for delivery fee over 15 miles
Pickup Fee for return – $25 (within 15 miles)
No transportation fee if pickup/return
