Weekend Series: The Spirituality of Happiness

Happy are those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or take the path that sinners tread, or sit in the seat of scoffers; but their delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law they meditate day and night.
-Psalm 1:1-2

After more than a year of being good sports about suffering, it is time for us to rediscover joy and happiness. This 7-week series will explore the power of intentionality as it relates to joy and happiness in our lives. As the seasons change and COVID restrictions ease in our community, we are ready for a new thing. Millions of individual activities can bring moments and experiences of happiness into our lives but what does it take to sustain happiness? In this series, science and scripture come together to show us the hallmarks of happy people, those distinguishing features of lives marked by happiness.

Join Crossroads for a 7-part series beginning May 13 & 16.
