Accelerating the Vision in 2023
On December 23-24, 2022, the Crossroads Church Family will gather together to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and the launch of our annual Peace Is Worth It focus for 2023. Through Peace Is Worth It, we end our fiscal year and launch our ministry year strong as we continue to support the 10-year vision of Peacemaking at Crossroads. Together we focus our time, talent and treasure on rewriting the Five Unacceptable Truths both locally and globally:- From Spiritual Emptiness to Spiritual Vitality
- From Poverty to Physical & Financial Flourishing
- From Illiteracy to Education & Literacy
- From Fear of the Other (Racism, Homophobia & Sexism) to Inclusion
- From Modern Day Slavery to Freedom
New Things in 2023
In 2023 we will focus our Peace Is Worth It energy and funding on new program work that is vital to our ten-year peacemaking vision.- New Financial Freedom: Settling our debt by Dec 2023
- New Pathway: Launching the Peacemaking Spiritual Formation Pathway: 101-401 Classes focused on building a strong foundation for peacemaking spirituality
- New Curriculum: Launching the Fresh Perspective Group Curriculum which is the start of the Peacemaking Spiritual Formation Pathway
- New Growth: Continuing the expansion of Partners in Hope with new trips and growth in our Partners in Hope Fund for partnership and programs outside Crossroads Church
- New Adventures: Expanding the Adventure Center with before/after school care as well as refreshing the environmental space

Your generosity keeps Crossroads focused on the activities that are core to our mission: spiritual vitality for all ages, local and global compassion and justice, and a fun and inclusive church environment. Here is how the 2023 Peace Is Worth It giving will be distributed: $150,000 Total- $25,000 for Disability Inclusion Ministries
- $25,000 for Facility and Grounds Improvements, Repairs & Maintenance
- $25,000 for Cost-of-Living Adjustment for Staff
- $50,000 Summer Sustainability
- $25,000 for Grants for Partners in Hope Organizations
