Do you want to get fit this spring? Join Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Group Fitness Instructor, Carri Roller, and enjoy exercise in various fitness areas–cardio/strength, gentle body power, POUND or Barre Above. Everyone is welcome, and may workout at their own pace and level. Bring an exercise mat and a pair of 2-5 pound dumbbells (optional). This exercise class will meet every Friday, March 3-May 19, from 9-10am in room 207. This class is offered at no cost and no registration is necessary. For more info, contact [email protected].
